Our take
I've been using these 5 lb dumbbells for daily toning exercises, and they're great for light resistance training. The non-slip handle is comfortable and secure, even during sweaty sessions. The adjustable feature is nice, but at only 5 lbs each, it's limited for progressive overload. The purple color is fun, but the plastic parts feel a bit cheap. For the price, I expected higher build quality. Still, for beginners or rehab work, they do the job.
