Our take
I grabbed these used neoprene dumbbells for a steal. The green color is nice, and the neoprene coating is comfortable to grip and won't scratch floors. They're light, good for toning or rehab. Since they're used, you might see some wear, but mine looked fine. The downside is they're only 5 lbs each, so not for heavy lifting. And being unbranded, there's no warranty. Fine for light workouts.
